As part of the drive to increase female leadership and gender diversity in all areas of the game, the ACA and Cricket Australia enlisted former Australia captain and ICC Hall of Famer Belinda Clark to pilot the first Female Leadership Program in Australian cricket, which is now in its final stages and involves players including Chloe Piparo, Matilda Lugg, Tahlia McGrath, Heather Graham, Ashleigh Gardner, Jess Jonassen, Nicole Faltum and Sophie Molineux.

ICC Launches the second edition of 100% Cricket Future Leaders Program

“20 future female leaders in cricket will be part of ICC's 100% Cricket Future Leaders Programme, a mentoring scheme designed to support female talent in cricket.
The second edition of programme will also include two workshops with programme guide Belinda Clark AO, followed by several interactions between the inaugural batch and the second batch of mentees also.”
